Sharpe Project Developments completed a 54,000 SF innovation center for Nova Southeastern University in August 2021. The project included developing event space, workspace, and offices for startup companies.

The Alan B. Levan | NSU Broward Center of Innovation is located on the 5th floor of the Alvin Sherman Library on NSU’s Davie campus. The project fulfilled NSU and Broward County’s goal to attract and nurture entrepreneurs, establishing South Florida as a leading technology and innovation hub. The center offers amenities to companies in fields like artificial intelligence, biotechnology, IT, marine biology, pharmaceuticals, robotics, software development, and oceanography.

Sharpe Project Developments assisted NSU with contractor selection, budgeting, scheduling, construction management, quality control, furniture selection, installation, and final closeout.
