Sharpe Project Developments completed the interior renovation of a 31,000 SF headquarters office for Brightstar in August 2020. This tenant improvement project consisted of numerous renovations to the 3rd floor of  The Offices at Flagler Station, located in Medley, FL.

The improvements included redesigning the entire floor from closed offices and cubicles to an open and collaborative workspace, all of which was furnished by JC White. Our team converted individual offices into huddle rooms for employees to share ideas while remaining connected to the remaining space. We also converted small closets and storage rooms to phone booths so employees could hold private conversations within a busy office. Finally, we renovated and expanded the breakroom to match the new workspace and installed a pool table and foosball table.

Our team successfully delivered this project through the dedicated efforts of P2 Interiors and Dade Construction. Ultimately, both the client and landlord were satisfied with the results, and the office now serves as a productive workspace for this rapidly expanding electronics company.
