We’re proud to announce that the Ocean Reef Club has selected Sharpe Project Developments to manage the development of its Associates Housing Village in Key Largo, FL. Designed by Zyscovich Architects, the housing project will consist of a new 4-story residential building and contain a full kitchen, bar, pool, lounge, barbeque area, and recreational space.

Founded in 1945, the Ocean Reef Club boasts over 1,700 oceanfront estates, bayfront properties, waterfront homes, golf course residences, luxury condos, and private islands. The private community offers numerous amenities, such as two 18-hole championship golf courses, a 175-slip marina, and much more.

Once complete, this new housing project will supply 150 new beds to the club’s year-round staff and supplement the existing two buildings within the village. The project is expected to cost approximately $35MM and be completed in 2024.
