Sharpe Project Developments completed the construction of a 106,000 SF office for Akerman in August 2016. This tenant improvement project consisted of numerous improvements to seven floors of new office space at Brickell City Centre, located downtown Miami, FL.

At the time of the project, the construction of Brickell City Centre was underway, which led to significant logistical challenges and required us to work closely with the building’s developer, Swire Properties. The project consisted of seven floors of Class A office space with numerous amenities such as a conference center, cafe, common areas, war room, and coffee bar. Our team was responsible for the entire project scope, including Audio/Visual, Furniture, and Move Management.

Ultimately, we delivered the client’s new office ahead of schedule and now proudly serves over 300 employees.
