Sharpe Project Developments is thrilled to lead the $5MM construction of a new airport terminal for the prestigious Ocean Reef Club. The project involves demolishing the existing terminal and constructing a 2,500 SF facility with a covered entry, reception area, and a lounge that includes a gift shop and café. The terminal will also feature separate amenities for pilots and an observation deck with enhanced visibility of the airfield.

The upgraded terminal will meet flood elevation requirements and improve sightlines to the airfield. Key features include a line ready room, manager offices, a catering kitchen, a staff breakroom, and ample storage. Accessibility will be ensured through stairs and an elevator, and the site will also have new sidewalks, landscaping, and parking areas. Airport operations will continue uninterrupted during construction.
