Abel is a Project Manager at Sharpe Project Developments with nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for managing built-to-suit and tenant improvement projects as well as leading site plan approvals. Some of Abel’s major projects include Nova Southeastern University’s Center for Collaborative Research, Baptist Health Wellness Center, Shalimar West Apartments, University Station Apartments, Ocean Reef Club Spa, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and multiple projects for Memorial Hospital.

Abel holds a Bachelor of Design with a Concentration in Architecture from the University of Florida and a master's in construction management from Washington University in St. Louis. He has experience working with clients such as Nova Southeastern University, Memorial Healthcare System, and Baptist Health. Abel is passionate about space planning, collaboration, and helping clients find solutions to their design challenges. His organizational skills and attention to detail enhance his project management skills and make him an asset to any team he works with.

Prior to joining Sharpe Project Developments, Abel worked for ANF Group for nearly a decade, where he managed a wide variety of projects ranging from Multifamily to Healthcare and Higher Education projects. Abel is a South Florida native but enjoys traveling the world with his wife. He is an animal lover whose interests include music, design, gardening, and staying active. When he is not spending time with his family and friends, he volunteers at an equine-assisted psychotherapy center.
